HOW IS THE RESERVATION FORMALIZED?

Reserved services must be paid for in advance, before the service date, by reserving the vehicle with the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card
  • Cash at our offices
  • Bank Transfer

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I RESERVE A VEHICLE?

At least one week before the event. Additional charges will apply if the reservation is less than one week in advance.

CAN I SEE THE VEHICLE BEFORE THE EVENT?

Viewing the vehicle is allowed upon prior reservation.

Do I have a replacement vehicle in case of a breakdown?

Whenever conditions and distance permit, we will provide another similar vehicle to the one rented as soon as possible. We are always covered by assistance insurance, which covers not only the vehicle but also the travel of its occupants and their luggage. Depending on the time of the breakdown and if we cannot provide the lessor with another vehicle, the full rental amount will be refunded. We also offer the option of renting the vehicle on another date agreed upon by both parties.

If the event is outside of Alicante City, is the price the same?

If the event where the vehicle rental will be held is outside of Alicante City (within a 10-km radius of Alicante City Hall), a personalized quote will be provided based on the distance the vehicle will be transported to the event, adding a supplement to the final rental price.

Reservation return policy

100% of the amounts paid will be refunded if the reservation is canceled two months in advance, and 50% will be refunded if the reservation is canceled 30 days or less. If cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance, no refunds will be made and are considered compensation.

Can anyone drive the rental car?

No, the person renting the vehicle will be the sole driver and will be responsible from the moment it is picked up until it is returned. If the vehicle is rented to a third party, Linautic S.L. will not be responsible for any damage or coverage.

Can children ride in classic cars?

Only vehicles specifically designated as "family" vehicles, which have seat belts in the rear seats, may be used to transport children in the rear.
